ESAT – Employability Skills Aptitude Test

Employability Skills are soft skills and competencies that have always been looked upon by the industry and play an important part of effective and successful participation in the workplace.

Today industry is increasingly asking for Employability Skills, and as a result learners and candidates for assessment need to know what these skills are and how to demonstrate them. In most of the cases, it is an ignored part of academic curricula and covered through various seminars and workshops as value added services.

ESAT will provide an opportunity to students to evaluate their Employability skills and improve upon their weakness as per ESAT scorecard.

You may mention the ESAT ID in your resume using which your prospective employer may authenticate your employability skills online.

ESAT Examination Details:

ESAT is India’s first online employability skills self evaluation system. Based upon the concept evolved from skill testing phenomenon of bygone era, it is an inalienable contrivance to probe the soft skills competence and present the statistical analysis of the 15 core skill areas. ESAT will help you to bring out the grey and green area of the calibre in a highly sophisticated analytical environment. As ESAT is an online examination, you may register for the examination online after which an Exam-ID will be sent to your email ID/Mobile using which you may appear for the examination.

ESAT is a 90 mins and 150 MCQs (multiple choice questions) examination.

Eligibility:
Recommended for Graduates, Undergraduates, Engineers and Diploma Holders (Final Year students may also apply)

Employability skills are described as non-technical skills and competencies, more broadly as generic skills. So there is no special preparation required to appear for ESAT. In general, the ESAT will be based on understanding and response in following areas:

E-SAT Merit Certificate:

IACM is conducting E-SAT free of cost to the candidates, and will give complete Scorecard as well. The candidates, who are willing to receive their Merit Certificate, will have to pay Rs. 500/- online only. Once the payment is successful, you will receive the Merit Certificate within 30 working days by courier within India only. If your delivery address is not in India, you will be required to pay extra for courier charges. If you find any problem or delay, you may forward the payment confirmation email along with your issues at esat@iacm-india.com.
