Field Service Engineer

Location: South Region (Total Positions 20)

Experience: 0-3 Years

Skill Required:

  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical, E & T or any filed of engineering (Electrical, E & T)
  • Knowledge of Networking ( TCP/IP knowledge, router and switch basic configuration)

Job Profile:

  • Work on Help Desk tickets that come in via phone or email
  • Installation and configuration of CCTV system & electronic security systems and intrusion alarm system
  • Malware removal
  • Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
  • Basic remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, and Terminal Services
  • Repair and Configuration of a variety of systems electronic security systems and intrusion alarm system.
  • Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
  • Fast turnaround of customer requests
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Work with the Dispatcher to ensure requests are routed to the proper resource in order to be resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Escalate service requests that require Senior Engineer level support
  • Enter time and expenses as they occur
  • Understand our internal processes by completing assigned training materials
  • Enter all work as service tickets as it occurs
  • System documentation maintenance and review
  • Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
