- CCTV Level 2 support to B2B customer for their CCTV and Application support.
- Maintaining CSAT score from several B2B customers.
- Proficient in handling escalated calls and providing level 2 Technical Support. Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express configuration, backup, troubleshooting Installation & Configuration of CCTV and its basic level of troubleshooting.
- Remote support & Net meting support using Teamviewer. Installation of Antivirus, Patches & Updates from Backend side & front end both.
- Experience in installation of Windows, configuration, Technical troubleshooting, support of server Hardware, operating systems, Microsoft application software and Windows XP & Windows 7.
- Sound knowledge on IP addressing scheme
